Last week I made: Awesome slow cooker pot roast!
Ingredients
1 (10.75 ounce) cans condensed cream of mushroom soup
1/2 (1 ounce) package dry onion soup mix
1 can beef broth
1 or 2 lb. chuck roast peeled and cut potatoes
carrots
(any other veggies you want to add)
salt and pepper

Directions
In a slow cooker, mix cream of mushroom soup, dry onion soup mix and water. Place pot roast in slow cooker and coat with soup mixture.
Cook on High setting for 3 to 4 hours, or on Low setting for 8 to 9 hours.
Tomorrow night Nathan is making his own stew in the crock pot. He uses chuck roast, celery, potatoes, carrots, beef broth, onion, creol seasoning, salt, pepper, lemon pepper, & a little ms. dash

I LOVE our crockpot! I discovered how amazing it was last year.. the whole house smells so yummy and it's so easy to dump stuff in a pot and 8 hours later you have a tasty dinner! Next time you try a roast try this:

Worcestershire sauce
Rosemary
Garlic powder
Chili powder
salt and pepper
Baby carrots and potatoes
on low for 8 hours. It is amazing! And with the juice that's left over in the crock pot from your seasonings...
Dump it into a skillet and make brown gravy with milk and flour to pour over your roast :)
