The picture makes this snack look questionable...but try it! It's amazing, promise!
My mom is pretty fabulous at cooking. She's also pretty great a whipping up new snacks and treats that are yummy and also low fat and/or low carb, definitely my favorite kind!
Recently she made a delicious orange dessert/snack:
24oz. Low fat cottage cheese
1 can of pinapple tid bits (drained)
1 can of mandarin oranges (drained)
2 boxes .3 oz. sugar-free orange jello
mix all ingredients together and there you have it! So good and so easy!
And if you're feeling real fancy, add 1/2c lite cool whip
This would make the perfect "after Thanksgiving" low cal snack! Enjoy!
