Eischens's. Have you been? I was told that I wasn't a true Oklahoman because I had never had fried chicken at Eischens. It was pretty darn good. I will definitely go back!

So, I fed some lorakeets (sp?) at the zoo while there for a work education event.

The brother and I went to a Thunder vs. Lakers play-off game. It was intense and amazing!

Apparently I was also un-Oklahoman for never having been to Pop's in Arcadia. So, to make my Oklahomaness official, we checked this place off the list, too. They have over 600 kinds of bottled soda pop. Loved it!

I attended my first barn wedding in Cherokee, OK. It was the cutest rustic/vintage decor. I should have taken more pics.

Got to meet Anita Blanton! An Oklahoma news ancher. She was so sweet and she told me I looked cute, too!

I took a picture of this in a magazine while getting my hairs done. I have so many big statement necklaces. I love the idea of showcasing them, almost as art. Such a fabulous idea that I would love to do!
