Do you like kale? Im a recent kale convert - you just wash it, dry it really well, and then toss it in olive oil & kosher salt and put it in the oven for 20 minutes at 200 degrees and voila! Kale chips! Crispy, crunchy, and salty. Totally addictive.
I have heard of kale but never have tried it! I definitely will now! Thanks for the recommendation!
